Fees to access the proper Divorce Forms and Instructions on How To File.

We charge $24.95 for a Basic Divorce Package that does not involve children, property, or spousal support issues. This is the most common package for most couples that are married only a short time. All of our forms are for uncontested and no fault divorces. Commonly referred to as a Simple Divorce.
$44.95
We charge $44.95 if children (child) and /or spousal support issues are involved. You should find these charges to be reasonable. Additionally, we offer forms to obtain restraining orders in Domestic Violence situations for $10.00, Name Change Kits for $14.95, and visitation, Child Custody and modifications of existing child and/or spousal support issues for $34.95 for some states. Unless waived by the court, your court costs (filing fees) and service of process charges, are the same as they would be if an attorney represented you. The court, with little advance notice, may amend forms. Accordingly the forms contained in these packages, although current when purchased, may become outdated if not used promptly after receipt. If for any reason you find the forms to be out of date when purchased, we will be happy to replace them for you at no additional charge.
